COVID-19 Health Alert
We have resumed seeing select patients face-to-face in the clinic, while following strict procedures to ensure the safety of our patients and employees. Because of this, we need to limit the number of patients in the clinic each day.
This means that some patients may be asked to visit with their provider virtually. If we can’t see you virtually, you may be asked to reschedule. Our staff is working tirelessly to ensure that the needs of our patients are met, and that they are aware of any changes within 2 weeks of their appointment.
At this time, if you have an appointment scheduled for the months to come, we ask you to assume it is an in-person appointment unless you hear otherwise from our staff.
Our priority is to limit COVID-19 exposure for staff and other patients during your visit, so it is mandatory that anyone entering the clinic wear a face covering.
We appreciate your patience as we work through getting our patients in as quickly as possible. As always, we are here to discuss your questions and concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact us at (608) 782-2027.
Patient’s needing to reorder your allergy drops, please call (608) 782-2027. Your provider will review your prescription and make any necessary changes.
It’s important for those suffering from allergy, asthma and other respiratory issues to:
- Be vigilant about following your treatment instructions and providers’ directions on your care plan(s)
- Take medication and treatment as directed
- Follow good health hygiene and public health recommendations
We care about our patients’ health, and are here to answer questions regarding your care.
