COVID-19 Precautionary Measures
We have resumed limited face-to-face patient visits. All patients will be contacted by phone to determine if a face-to-face or virtual visit/phone consult would be feasible and appropriate.
Patient’s needing to reorder your allergy drops, please call us — (608) 782-2027. Your provider will review your prescription and make any necessary changes.
New patients will be accommodated as soon as possible; we are working through the list of new patients who had to be cancelled and those that have called in recently.
We will resume regular appointment schedules as soon as it is safe to do so. We are monitoring any Safer At Home and other recommendation/restrictions that are, or may be, put in place.
