Mandarin Broccoli Salad
Yields 9 servings
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 small red onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted
- 1, 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, canned in juice & drained
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, sugar, apple cider vinegar and set aside.
- In a serving bowl, combine the broccoli, onion, raisins, and pecans. Mix in the dressing and then gently stir in the mandarins. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours prior to serving.
