Our patient portal provides you with a simple, convenient online connection to your care at Allergy Associates of La Crosse.

How can you use the patient portal?

  • Messaging — Ask your provider or care team a question, share an update or send an attachment.
  • Appointments — View & request appointments.
  • Medications — Request refills and/or renewals and review your AAOL prescribed medications.
  • Health Record — Request visit summaries, lab results & other documentation.
  • Health Forms — Complete paperwork before appointments.
  • Pay Bills — pay your clinic bill.

Notice of Privacy Practices

The Federal law HIPAA, which took effect April 14, 2003, and more recently in 2009 The Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act notice-of-privacy-practices(HITECH), drives the need for this communication. These laws require acknowledgement that we have shared with you certain information covered in our Notice of Privacy Practices document.

School Forms

Please submit school forms in May or early June and allow at least two weeks turnaround time. Forms not submitted by the end of July may be assessed a processing fee due to high volume of requests and provider availability.

We are happy to support families by completing paperwork to make heading back to school safe and to enable you to communicate with those caring for your children during the school year. We want to make sure we can manage this process more effectively for families and our providers, and appreciate your help in making that happen.

Automatic Refill Program

Through the Automatic Refill Program, you will receive a new set of drops, personalized for you, every 90 days. Once the drop order has been processed and mailed, you will be billed for the drops. You can receive a 5% discount on future drop orders when you leave your secured credit card information on file with our credit card processor.
