Turkey, Avocado, and Watercress Wrap

Yields 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. capers, rinsed and chopped
  • 2 naans or wraps
  • 6 slices roasted turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup cucumber sliced, seeds removed
  • 1 cup watercress

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash avocado, mayonnaise and mustard together. Add capers and stir.
  2. Spread avocado mixture onto naans or wraps. Add 3 slices of turkey to each, then add cucumber slices and watercress. Roll up each wrap and enjoy. Wrap in parchment paper to secure if not eating the wrap right away.

Nutrition per serving: 400 calories, 28 g carbohydrates, 35 mg cholesterol, 25 g fat, 5 g fiber, 19 g protein, 590 mg sodium, 2 g sugar.
