Brazil Nut Butter

Serving size: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brazil nuts, raw and unsalted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F. Roast Brazil nuts on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a food processor and pulse until Brazil nuts start to break down. Continue to run your food processor in intervals so your machine does not over heat. Process for 2-5 minutes or until smooth and creamy. There is no need to add more oil since the nuts will release their own oil as you grind them.
  3. Transfer to an air tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
