Roasted Seeds
Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup seeds from pumpkin or squash of choice
- 2-3 tsp. olive oil
- Salt and spice to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix seeds with oil and seasonings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until seeds begin to pop.
- Let cool on the pan and enjoy!
