Savory Sesame-Free Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups garbanzo beans, soaked, cooked, & drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 Tbsp. water
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse all ingredients until smooth. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Nutrition per serving: 120 calories, 14 g carbohydrates, 6 g fat, 4 g fiber, 4 g protein, 200 mg sodium, 2 g sugar.
