Blueberry-Lemon Sorbet
Serving size: 5 servings
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Put berry mixture in a freezer safe container and freeze until hard, around 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
