Flaxseed Breading

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Grind whole flax seeds in a designated coffee grinder or use pre-ground flax seeds.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use as a breading for your favorite dishes. Try with fish, meat, or vegetables.
