Slow Cooker Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, large, diced
- 1/2 large cabbage, chopped
- 2 medium carrot, shredded
- 28 oz. can tomatoes, diced
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet on the stove top, cook beef until done. Drain fat.
- Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Heat on low for approximately 10 hours. Serve alone, over noodles, rice, or other grains.
