Turmeric Mango Smoothie

Serving size: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango, chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 bananas, ripe
  • 2 tbsp. fresh turmeric, finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup, optional

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree mango, yogurt, orange juice, banana, turmeric, vanilla and maple syrup until smooth. Add ice for a frosty treat and puree.

Nutrition per serving: 150 calories, 36 g carbohydrates, 1 g fat, 4 g fiber, 2 g protein, 3 mg sodium, 29 g sugar.
