Turmeric Dressing

Serving size: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric, ground
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, turmeric cayenne and water. Once smooth add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy with your favorite vegetables.

Nutrition per serving: 102 calories, 3 g carbohydrates, 10 g fat, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein, 28 mg sodium.
