Roasted Asparagus
Yields 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Set aside a baking sheet.
- Toss the asparagus, oil, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper together until well coated. Place on the baking sheet and roast until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
