Pineapple Ginger Turmeric Shots

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice, fresh
- 1/2 cup coconut water, unsweetened
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced or 1/2 tsp. ginger, ground
- 1 tsp. fresh turmeric, minced or 1/2 tsp. turmeric, ground
- 1/8 tsp. pepper ground
Instructions
- Using a blender, combine all of the ingredients together and process until smooth, around 1 minute.
- Divide into 4, 6 oz. bottles. Cover and refrigerate, then chill for 20 minutes prior to serving.
Nutrition per serving: 90 calories, 21 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein, 10 mg sodium, 15 g sugar.
