Almond Bread
Yields 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup flaxseed, ground
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and set aside an 8x4 loaf pan greased or lined with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, ground flaxseed, eggs, almond milk, olive oil, baking powder and salt. Mix ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer batter to a loaf pan and baked for 40 minutes or until bread is golden brown on top. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
