Parmesan and Parsley Roasted Almonds
Yields 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup raw, unsalted almonds
- 4 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325° F. Set aside a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the almonds with the extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, parsley, salt and 3 tablespoons parmesan.
- Pour the almond mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes then sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese on top of almond mixture. Store in an airtight container.
