Strawberry Chocolate Yogurt Bark
Yields 32 servings
Ingredients
- 3 cups whole milk Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt and maple syrup or honey. Spread out on the baking sheet in an even layer.
- Disperse the strawberries evenly over the yogurt and then sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours prior to serving. Cut or break into 32 pieces.
