Strawberry Chocolate Yogurt Bark

Yields 32 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole milk Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt and maple syrup or honey. Spread out on the baking sheet in an even layer.
  3. Disperse the strawberries evenly over the yogurt and then sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours prior to serving. Cut or break into 32 pieces.
