Peanut Butter and Strawberry Sushi

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 Tbsp. no sugar added peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 1 cup diced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Place the tortilla shell on a flat surface. Spread the peanut butter over the entire tortilla shell evenly.
  2. Place the diced strawberries on the edge of the tortilla shell in a line.
  3. Roll the strawberries in the tortilla, ensuring the edge is sealed with peanut butter.
  4. Cut into 1-inch pieces and enjoy!
