From North of La Crosse (via Hwy 53):
Access US Hwy 53 and head south. Exit US 53 at the Onalaska Main Street exit. Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp and follow Main Street (it will make 90-degree right and then left turns) to the traffic light at Theater Road (by Mayo Clinic). Turn right at Theater Road, then turn left at the next set of lights (Midwest Drive). The clinic parking lot entrance is 0.5 miles on your left.

From South of La Crosse (via Hwy 33, 35 or 14/61):
If entering the La Crosse area from HWY 33, 35 or 14/61, turn north on Losey Blvd. Follow Losey as it becomes Wisconsin Highway 16, and follow north to the Valley View Mall Area in Onalaska. Turn left at Theater Road (McDonald's at corner of intersection) and follow it north. Turn right at the lights onto Midwest Drive, (the first road after passing under I- 90), continue on Midwest Drive for 0.5 miles. The clinic parking lot entrance is on your left.

From East of La Crosse (via I-90):
Take I-90 west and take Exit #5 (Baymont/Microtel). At the bottom of the ramp turn right and move immediately to the far left hand lane. After 0.1 mile, turn left on CTY OS (Merchant’s Bank) and follow OS (also Main Street) westbound through the first stop light. After 0.5 miles, turn left on Midwest Drive. Continue for 0.3 miles. The clinic parking lot entrance is on your right.

From West of La Crosse (MN to WI via I-90):
Exit I-90 at Exit #5 (you will see Farm and Fleet on your right). Turn left at the traffic light on Hwy 16. Stay in the left lane. Turn left at County OS (Merchant’s Bank) and follow OS (also Main Street) westbound through the first stop light. After 0.5 miles, turn left on Midwest Drive. Continue for 0.3 miles, The clinic parking lot entrance is on your right.
