Allergy Associates of La Crosse is also pleased to welcome Registered Dietitian Emily Melby to its team. Melby is a graduate of Viterbo University’s Community and Medical Dietetics Coordinated Program. She brings clinical nutrition experience from Mayo Clinic Health System and Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, as well as Tri-County Memorial Hospital.

Melby looks forward to using her expertise in dietetics and patient education to provide additional support to patients seeking treatment for food allergy and related dietary counseling. “I’m intrigued by the rising prevalence of food allergies and the factors that influence that increase.” She is also interested in the connections between autoimmune disease and their links to food allergies and intolerance.
