Emily Melby, RDN

Emily Melby joined Allergy Associates of La Crosse in September 2014 and she provides diet and nutrition counseling services. Emily is a graduate of Viterbo University’s Science in Community Medical Dietetics-Coordinated Program.

She is affiliated with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the practice group Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine which focuses on holistic, personalized nutrition. Emily is also certified in Basic Life Support (CPR).

She has special interest in helping patients with food allergies address their complex dietary issues.

Emily also works with patients in our Graded Oral Food Challenge program. She assists with scheduling, preparing, monitoring, and educating patients during their food challenges.
