Air Fryer Banana Chips

Yields 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, sliced into 1/8 inch thick diagonals
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Place banana slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray with cooking spray and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove basket from air fryer and carefully flip banana slices. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from basket. Repeat with remaining banana slices and enjoy.

Nutrition per serving: 70 calories, 18 g carbohydrates, 2 g fiber, 1 g protein, 10 g sugar.
