Almond Butter Turmeric Dressing

Yields yields approximately 1 cup or 8-2 tablespoon servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tsp. ginger, finely grated & peeled
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. turmeric ground
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon and zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the water, almond butter, ginger, sugar, turmeric and lemon juice and zest into a blender or food processor and pulse until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.

Nutrition per serving: 50 calories, 2 g carbohydrates, 4.5 g fat, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein, 55 mg sodium, 1 g sugar.
