Almond Butter Turmeric Dressing
Yields yields approximately 1 cup or 8-2 tablespoon servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tsp. ginger, finely grated & peeled
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. turmeric ground
- Juice of 1/2 lemon and zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the water, almond butter, ginger, sugar, turmeric and lemon juice and zest into a blender or food processor and pulse until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
Nutrition per serving: 50 calories, 2 g carbohydrates, 4.5 g fat, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein, 55 mg sodium, 1 g sugar.
