Avocado Salsa

Serving size: 4 servings


  • 2/3 cup grape tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, finely chopped
  • 3 medium avocados, diced
  • 1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving


  1. In a medium bowl combine prepared tomatoes, pineapple, avocados, onion, cilantro, lime juice, red pepper flakes and garlic salt. Mix to combine.
  2. Add pepper to taste and serve with tortilla chips.

Nutrition per serving: 200 calories, 18 g carbohydrates, 16 g fat, 8 g fiber, 3 g protein, 140 mg sodium, 5 g sugar.
