Balsamic Blackberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Serving size: 8 servings


  • 1 cup ripe blackberries
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. Dijon mustard


  1. In a food processor add all ingredients and pulse until well blended. Add a couple teaspoons water if needed to thin dressing. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Nutrition per serving: 49 calories, 5 g carbohydrates, 3 g fat, 1 g fiber, 81 mg sodium, 4 g sugar.
