Banana Ice Cream
Yields 4 servings
- 4 ripe bananas
- Remove banana peels and cut bananas into chunks. Place in a freezer-safe container and freeze for 6 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and puree in a blender or food processor until smooth. If the bananas are too hard for your blender, let them sit for no more than 15-20 minutes, then blend.
- Enjoy immediately with your favorite toppings — coconut, chocolate chips, nuts/seeds, etc.
