Beet Chips
Yields 5 servings
Ingredients
- 2 large beets, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Toss the beet slices with oil and salt. Spread the slices out in a single layer on the baking sheets.
- Bake on the upper and lower racks for around 3 hours or until crisp. Rotate the pans, top to bottom and front to back halfway through baking. Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes before serving.
