Blackberry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup yogurt of choice, plain
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp. ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 tsp. honey, optional

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Nutrition per serving: 206 calories, 40 g carbohydrates, 7 mg cholesterol, 3 g fat, 6 g fiber, 9 g protein, 106 mg sodium, 27 g sugar.
