Blueberry-Lemon Sorbet

Serving size: 5 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Put berry mixture in a freezer safe container and freeze until hard, around 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
