Blueberry Peach Flaxseed Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 small peach chopped or 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 3 oz. ice if not using frozen peaches
Instructions
- Puree the blueberries, peach, milk, yogurt, ground flaxseeds, honey and ice in the blender until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Nutrition per serving: 330 calories, 58 g carbohydrates, 10 mg cholesterol, 5 g fat, 6 g fiber, 19 g protein, 95 mg sodium, 48 g sugar.
