Blueberry Spinach Smoothie
	Yields 2 servings
	Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries, frozen
 - 3/4 cup plain yogurt
 - 1 handful fresh spinach
 - 1 banana
 - 2 Tbsp. almond butter
 - 1 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
 - Pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and cardamom, optional
 - 2 Tbsp. milk, or more as needed
 
Instructions
- Add the blueberries, yogurt, spinach, banana, almond butter, flaxseed meal, spices and milk to a blender.
 - Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Add additional milk if needed to get your desired consistency.
 
Nutrition per serving: 300 calories, 42 g carbohydrates, 5 mg cholesterol, 13 g fat, 7 g fiber, 11 g protein, 120 mg sodium, 27 g sugar.
