Cherry Almond Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1-2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped or other dried fruit
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Roll mixture into balls and chill to set. Refrigerate up to a week and enjoy.
