Cherry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cup cherries, fresh, pitted & chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until use. Eat with tortilla chips or on top of tacos.
