Yields 6 servings
- 2 cup cherries, fresh, pitted & chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until use. Eat with tortilla chips or on top of tacos.
