Chia Overnight Oats

Yields 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the milk, yogurt, oats, honey, chia seeds and cinnamon together until combined. Fold in the blueberries.
  2. Place the mixture in a glass container with a lid and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight then enjoy.

Nutrition per serving: 270 calories, 41 g carbohydrates, 10 mg cholesterol, 7 g fat, 6 g fiber, 13 g protein, 60 mg sodium, 22 g sugar.
