Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the milk, yogurt, oats, honey, chia seeds and cinnamon together until combined. Fold in the blueberries.
- Place the mixture in a glass container with a lid and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight then enjoy.
