Chia Seed Bites

Yields 30 bites, 2 bites per serving

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup nut or seed butter
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. When combined, refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Scoop out 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture and form into 1 ½ inch balls. Roll in additional coconut flour or chia seeds if desired

Nutrition per serving: 160 calories, 19 g carbohydrates, 9 g fat, 3 g fiber, 4 g protein, 30 mg sodium, 10 g sugar.
