Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh fruit
- 1 Tbsp. nuts or seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla together. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Serve with fruit, nuts and seeds.
