Citrus Mint Salad

Ingredients
- 4 oranges, segmented
- 2 grapefruit, segmented
- Zest of one lime
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh mint
Instructions
- Segment fruits into a bowl. Remove juice from the segmented fruit and put in another bowl.
- Add lime zest, honey, and mint to the citrus fruit juice. Stir to combine. Add juice mixture to the segmented fruits. Serve or refrigerate.
