Coconut Almond Chia Pudding
Serving size: 2 servings
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp. crushed almonds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened toasted coconut flakes
- Whisk almond milk with the chia seeds in a medium bowl, let sit for 10 minutes and whisk again.
- Add maple syrup and coconut flakes and mix until well blended. Divide mixture among two bowls and serve with crushed almonds and enjoy.
