Coconut Almond Chia Pudding

Serving size: 2 servings


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. crushed almonds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened toasted coconut flakes


  1. Whisk almond milk with the chia seeds in a medium bowl, let sit for 10 minutes and whisk again.
  2. Add maple syrup and coconut flakes and mix until well blended. Divide mixture among two bowls and serve with crushed almonds and enjoy.
