Fruit Salsa

Yields 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. fresh raspberries
  • 8 oz. fresh strawberries, hulled & diced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled & diced
  • 1 mango, peeled & diced
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice, fresh
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss all prepared ingredients together. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes prior to serving.
  2. Serve with cinnamon chips or as an addition to fish tacos or your favorite protein.

Nutrition per serving: 120 calories, 31 g carbohydrates, 1 g fat, 7 g fiber, 2 g protein, 22 g sugar.
