Garlic Chive Spice Mix
Serving size: 15 servings
- 6 tbsp. chives, dried
- 5 tbsp. chopped garlic, dried
- 3 tbsp. dill, dried
- 1 tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months. Re-stir before use.
- Use to make a creamy dip by combining 2 tbsp. dry mix with ¾ cup Greek yogurt and ¼ cup sour cream or mayo, and 2 tbsp. olive oil. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate up to five days.
