Ginger-Lime Fruit Salad
Yields 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe mango, chopped
- 1 cup strawberries, quartered
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp. lime rind, grated
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice, fresh
- 1/2 tsp. ginger, grated
Instructions
- Combine prepared fruits, lime rind, lime juice, and grated ginger. Gently toss and serve or refrigerate until use. Feel free to add other fruits to the mix!
