Serving size: 2 servings
- 2 kohlrabi bulbs, rinsed & peeled
- 1-2 tsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. ground cumin
- ½ tsp. chili powder
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash kohlrabi and peel off skin. Cut the kohlrabi into thin strips.
- Place strips in a bowl and toss with olive oil, chili powder and cumin until evenly coated.
- Place kohlrabi strips in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Flip strips once during baking. When strips are soft and lightly browned, remove from oven and serve.
