Kohlrabi Fries

Serving size: 2 servings


  • 2 kohlrabi bulbs, rinsed & peeled
  • 1-2 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • ½ tsp. chili powder


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash kohlrabi and peel off skin. Cut the kohlrabi into thin strips.
  2. Place strips in a bowl and toss with olive oil, chili powder and cumin until evenly coated.
  3. Place kohlrabi strips in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Flip strips once during baking. When strips are soft and lightly browned, remove from oven and serve.

Nutrition per serving: 80 calories, 9 g carbohydrates, 3 mg cholesterol, 5 g fat, 5 g fiber, 2 g protein, 55 mg sodium.
