Papaya Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. papaya, peeled, seeded, & diced
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Gently toss all prepared ingredients together and serve.
