Papaya Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. papaya, peeled, seeded, & diced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Gently toss all prepared ingredients together and serve.
