Peanut Butter and Strawberry Sushi

Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 2 Tbsp. no sugar added peanut butter or other nut butter
- 1 cup diced strawberries
Instructions
- Place the tortilla shell on a flat surface. Spread the peanut butter over the entire tortilla shell evenly.
- Place the diced strawberries on the edge of the tortilla shell in a line.
- Roll the strawberries in the tortilla, ensuring the edge is sealed with peanut butter.
- Cut into 1-inch pieces and enjoy!
