Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
