Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates
Yields 12 servings
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- 12 dates, pitted
- Chocolate chips, coconut, hemp, chia or sesame seeds, etc.
- Spoon 2 teaspoons of nut butter into each pitted date.
- Top with chocolate chips, coconut, seeds, or other desired ingredients and enjoy.
