Pineapple Ginger Turmeric Shots

Yields 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice, fresh
  • 1/2 cup coconut water, unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced or 1/2 tsp. ginger, ground
  • 1 tsp. fresh turmeric, minced or 1/2 tsp. turmeric, ground
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Using a blender, combine all of the ingredients together and process until smooth, around 1 minute.
  2. Divide into 4, 6 oz. bottles. Cover and refrigerate, then chill for 20 minutes prior to serving.

Nutrition per serving: 90 calories, 21 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein, 10 mg sodium, 15 g sugar.
