Roasted Cocoa Almonds
Serving size: 8 servings
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. honey or agave syrup
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place almonds on a baking sheet evenly spread out. Bake for six minutes, remove from oven, stir almonds, place almonds back in the oven for an additional six minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool on the pan for 2-3 minutes. Add almonds to a medium bowl and toss with honey.
- Add cocoa powder and sea salt and coated thoroughly. Pour almonds back on the baking sheet, separate and let dry completely. Store in an airtight container for one week.
