Roasted Seeds

Serving size: 4 servings


  • 1 cup seeds from pumpkin or squash of choice
  • 2-3 tsp. olive oil
  • Salt and spice to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix seeds with oil and seasonings.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until seeds begin to pop.
  4. Let cool on the pan and enjoy!
